Charlotte Tilbury is hiring a Senior Manager for Retailer.com in North America. You will own the Sephora.com P&L, drive online revenue and profitability, and lead cross-functional teams across marketing, planning, supply chain, and finance to maximize performance.

The role requires 6+ years in ecommerce or omnichannel retail, and a proven track record building retailer.com partnerships with beauty and luxury brands. Base salary range and benefits reflect a fast-paced, global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce, retailer.com, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail.
• Experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, consumer goods, fashion, or related industries.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing ecommerce revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with media, content, creative, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Proven analytical skills with experience using reporting/analytics tools like BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Sephora.com P&L across the US and Canada and drive profitability and growth.
• Develop and execute retailer.com growth strategies aligned to SEPHORA priorities.
• Lead digital shelf optimization, content/SEO, promotions, and on-site merchandising.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, campaigns, and seasonal priorities with marketing, planning, and supply chain.
• Deliver regular business reviews, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
