• 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, retailer.com, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail.
• Strong experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, or consumer goods.
• Proven track record driving online sales growth through ecommerce strategy and retailer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the ULTA.com P&L across the US and Canada, including revenue delivery and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, planning, supply chain and finance to execute initiatives.
• Drive digital shelf excellence, content optimization, SEO and onsite discoverability for ULTA.com.
• Develop retailer.com growth strategies aligned to company objectives and ULTA priorities.
• Lead retailer business reviews and strategic planning with key stakeholders.
