Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Retailer.com to own the Sephora.com P&L for the US and Canada and drive profitable online growth through strategic retailer partnerships, digital shelf optimization, and promotional planning.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, retailer.com expertise, and the ability to influence internal teams and external partners. You will lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, planning, supply chain, and analytics

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ecommerce or omnichannel retail.
• Strong experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, consumer goods, fashion, or related industries.
• Proven success driving online sales growth through ecommerce strategy, digital merchandising, promotional planning, and retailer partnership management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing ecommerce revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Deep understanding of prestige beauty retailer ecosystems, luxury consumer behavior, and retailer.com best practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with media, content, creative, planning, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Sephora.com P&L across the US and Canada, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and manage retailer.com growth strategies aligned to SEPHORA priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, media, creative, planning, supply chain, finance, and sales teams.
• Lead retailer business reviews, performance recaps, and strategic planning discussions with stakeholders.
• Lead digital shelf excellence and ensure best-in-class PDP content, SEO, and onsite discoverability.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze promotions to identify optimization opportunities.
