Job summary

National Grid plc is hiring a Manager – Residential EE Program Delivery in Massachusetts. This hybrid role requires living within a commutable distance to a National Grid location and involves leading the delivery of residential energy efficiency programs including Turnkey Services and Low Income Energy Efficiency.

You will manage a professional team, oversee budgets, and ensure regulatory alignment while driving customer satisfaction and energy savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Five plus years of energy efficiency experience; management experience preferred.
• Good understanding of external commercial and regulatory environment.
• Strong knowledge of business financials, controls, and compliance.
• Experience leading, inspiring and motivating an operational team.
• Proven influencing skills and able to influence at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a professional team, prioritizing work and allocating resources to meet savings and budget goals.
• Manage operational process activities, including performance indicators, to deliver high productivity and compliant practices.
• Review and approve invoices, oversee accrual submissions and monthly scorecard inputs for accuracy.
• Establish annual program production targets with CEM and regulators.
• Collaborate with Marketing to set annual marketing targets and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop improvement plans for growth opportunities with monitoring and reporting to senior management.
• Conduct monthly program reviews with key stakeholders to track status and gaps.
