Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Finance to turn our development pipeline into operating solar and storage assets. You will structure and close construction and term debt, tax equity, and warehouse facilities, guiding deals from initial screening to financial close.

You will lead a hands-on team, own financial models, work with lenders, tax equity investors, and project sponsors, and continuously improve processes to scale our financing activities across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred).
• 6+ years in financial leadership roles in renewables, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Experience closing construction and/or term debt and tax equity transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong diligence.
• Proven ability to work with lenders, investors, and counsel under deadlines.
• Experience financing community solar, DG, or battery storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close project financings including debt and tax equity.
• Develop relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and project sponsors.
• Manage due diligence processes and maintain project finance models.
• Review forecasts and collaborate with finance/accounting on cash flows.
• Enhance cross-functional workstreams to support financing approvals.
• Improve systems and processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Lead knowledge transfer on tax equity outlook and market considerations.
• Prepare materials for project and corporate stakeholders.
