OneEnergy Renewables seeks a Senior Manager, Project Finance to lead financings that convert our development pipeline into operating solar and storage assets. You will own the financial models behind investment decisions, work with lenders and investors, and lead a team from first screening through financial close.

You will build relationships with tax equity investors and lenders, manage due diligence, and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and capital planning.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles in renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate development, construction, or related industry, including hands-on experience closing construction and/or term debt and tax equity transactions.
• Proven ability to close transactions under tight deadlines with lenders, investors, counsel and advisors.

Aufgaben

• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close project financings including construction, warehouse, term debt and tax equity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financing parties (tax equity investors, lenders, project investors).
• Manage due diligence processes and ensure integrity of project finance models.
• Own financial modeling from opportunity screening through investment committee decisions.
• Prepare presentation materials for project and corporate stakeholders.
