Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Finance to lead financings turning our development pipeline into operating solar and storage assets. You will own financial models, engage lenders and tax equity investors, and manage a team to close transactions.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, end-to-end deal exposure, and driving innovation in modeling and processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial leadership roles in renewable energy, infra, or real estate development.
• Close construction/term debt and tax equity transactions.
• Experience closing transactions under tight deadlines with lenders, investors, counsel and advisors.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise.
• Experience financing community solar, distributed generation or battery storage.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and close project financings (construction/warehouse/term debt, tax equity).
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, tax equity investors, and project investors.
• Own project finance models from opportunity identification to investment committee decisions.
• Review forecasts and cash flows with corporate finance to project cash requirements and inflows.
• Enhance cross-functional workstreams to support modeling and approvals.
• Improve systems for quality, efficiency, and scalability in all work product.
• Promote knowledge transfer on tax equity outlook and market considerations.
• Prepare presentation materials for project and corporate stakeholders.
