OneEnergy Renewables seeks a senior finance leader to own the corporate capital plan and execute end-to-end raises for equity and debt. You will coordinate with project finance and drive outreach to banks, private credit and impact investors while aligning capital with the company’s growth plan and community objectives.

With 10+ years in capital markets and a track record in renewables, you will mentor the finance team, manage complex deadlines and present confidently to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in capital markets with corporate finance or investment banking.
• 3+ years in renewables, energy transition or infrastructure preferred.
• Track record of leading complex equity and/or debt raises.
• Strong established relationships with private credit providers and banks in renewables.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of solar and storage development economics and project-financing interactions.
• Experience using generative AI to streamline modeling and reporting with human oversight.
• Results-oriented, self-starter with ownership mindset and high integrity.
• Leadership and people-management experience with coaching ability.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the corporate capital plan aligned to development pipelines and budgets.
• Lead all corporate equity and debt raises end-to-end: strategy, outreach, term sheets, diligence and closing.
• Evaluate strategic capital partnerships and co-development with investors.
• Run structured processes with investment banks and manage advisor scopes and fees.
• Build a diversified roster of capital providers including banks, private credit, infrastructure and impact investors.
• Own corporate capital structure analysis including sources, uses, leverage and runway; mentor finance team.
