Global Impact is seeking a Senior Manager, Recruitment in the United States to join our Human Resources team. This full‑time role may be fully remote with periodic travel to our Washington, DC headquarters for team meetings, and a hybrid option for local staff in DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in recruitment.
• Experience in high‑volume and international recruitment is a plus.
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, MS Office and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and talent sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and events to maintain a qualified candidate database.
• Screening and interviewing candidates in partnership with hiring managers to match criteria.
• Enhance and update the current recruitment process and implement new trends.
• Provide strategic advisement to hiring managers on market intelligence, compensation, and qualification criteria.

Responsibilities

• Screening and Interviewing: Review resume s and evaluate candidates in partne rship with hiring mana gers to match criteria
• Management: enhance the current recruitment process and suggest and implement new recruitment trends and processes
• Strategic Advisement: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers by sharing market intelligence, guiding compensation discussions, and refining qualification criteria.

Qualifying for this role meansyou have abachelor’sdegreein human resources or related field and 5-7 years of related experience . You have worked in a high-volume recruitment setting and possibly have international recruitment experience. You are comfortable with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn functionality, Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana.

Working at Global Impact

This is a full-time position and may be fully remote, with travel to headquarters in Washington, DC for team meetings on occasion. Local employees are in a hybrid work model, with 1-4 days per month in our Washington, DC headquarters office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

The salary range is $ 88,000. - $ 94,000. depending on the experience you have.On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 16 paid holidays and 25 paid days off.
