Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Vision, AI, CS or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership in CV/DL teams delivering edge/embedded software.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building or optimizing CV models/algorithms.
• Proven ability turning customer needs into executable technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams focused on building and deploying CV/inference pipelines.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics processing for real-time edge hardware.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, silicon, research and product teams.
• Drive optimization to maximize throughput and minimize latency across platforms.
• Define metrics and quality benchmarks for mission-critical environments.
• Mentor and develop engineers to sustain high performance and growth.
