Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Vision, AI, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience managing computer vision and deep learning teams delivering edge/embedded software into production.
• 5+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing computer vision models or implementing CV algorithms.
• Experience solving customer problems using deep learning and CV techniques and building high-performance inference runtimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 ML engineering teams focused on building and deploying CV/dl solutions across cameras and edge devices.
• Architect end-to-end video analytics pipelines enabling real-time processing on edge hardware.
• Collaborate with firmware, silicon, research and product teams to translate models into commercial-grade video intelligence.
• Drive optimization to maximize throughput and minimize latency across platforms.
• Define and track performance benchmarks to maintain high quality in mission-critical environments.
• Foster engineering excellence, recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top ML/CV talent.
