Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Qualified Success Architecture to lead a team of Success Architects who drive live adoption and renewal for Qualified. You will report to the Director of Qualified Success Architecture and partner across Product, Sales, Marketing, and account teams.

This player-coach role combines coaching with hands-on leadership, stepping into critical renewal or rollout moments to provide senior technical leadership and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• A track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong contributors.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• You command a room, from a customer’s CMO to Salesforce executives.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Qualified.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop Success Architects within the approved hiring plan.
• Coach for growth with clear career paths.
• Run the team’s operating rhythm: capacity, assignments, risk reviews, renewals & expansions.
• Model the culture: curious, accountable, customer-obsessed, fun to work with.
• Personally manage 2 to 5 of the team’s high-need accounts.
• Ensure the Qualified Implementation Framework is consistently executed.
• Guide strategic customers with architecture, data model, and rollout.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Own adoption, health, and renewal outcomes for the book.
