Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Qualified Success Architect to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers.

You’ll work with customers to transform sales and marketing processes using conversational marketing, coordinating with Enterprise Architects and coaching stakeholders to drive adoption and renewal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• You possess a bachelor's degree.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework.
• Interface with Enterprise Architects to outline optimal technical architecture for onboarding.
• Document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model aligned to customer objectives.
• Establish consultative relationships with client business units.
• Provide coaching and education on Conversational Marketing to improve adoption.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Identify successful customers and collaborate with Marketing for case studies/testimonials.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product roadmap discussions.
• Analyze customer health to help achieve renewal targets.
