Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success for the U.S. Public Sector. You will lead a high-performing team of 8 CSMs and report to the Senior Director of Customer Success & Professional Services.

This role emphasizes retention, platform adoption, and value realization across Federal, DoD, IC, and SLED sectors. You will partner with Public Sector Sales, Professional Services, and Support to drive GRR/NRR, health metrics, and Go-To-Green recovery plans while aligning with procurement

Qualifications

• Eight-plus years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Three-plus years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (FedCiv/DoD/IC/SLED).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, fostering accountability, customer advocacy, and operational excellence.
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage account strategies, stakeholder mapping, EBRs, and risk mitigation plans.
