Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead and coordinate PR, media relations, and thought leadership across the organization. You will drive partner campaigns with a global network, manage LinkedIn presence, and translate impact data into compelling narratives for external audiences.

The role requires collaboration with Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, and hubs worldwide, plus a focus on analytics, outcomes, and visibility at conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and media relations, including direct media pitching and journalist relationship management.
• Experience developing and executing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner communications campaigns across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Public relations and media work (40%): support PR goals, manage media relationships, track metrics.
• Partner campaigns (30%): shape and execute campaigns with strategic partners and foundations.
• Thought leadership amplification (20%): own LinkedIn strategy and amplification of leadership narratives.
• Analytics and reporting (10%): monitor PR, media, LinkedIn, and campaigns; share insights with teams.
