Kiva, a global nonprofit advancing financial access, is seeking a Senior Manager of Public Relations to lead PR strategy, media outreach, and thought leadership efforts. You will coordinate with partners, hubs, and marketing to amplify impact, while managing LinkedIn presence and analytics across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in public relations and media relations, with proven media pitching and journalist relationships.
• Ability to develop and execute thought leadership strategies and position senior leaders as industry voices.
• Experience managing multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns across internal and external teams.
• PR agency experience or agency coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong storytelling with data— translating impact metrics into compelling PR materials.

Responsabilités

• Public relations and media – 40%: drive PR and thought leadership goals, manage day-to-day PR firm relationship, build media lists, and local pitching.
• Partner campaigns – 30%: shape and execute campaigns with strategic partners and foundations, aligned with brand and partner priorities.
• Thought leadership amplification – 20%: manage LinkedIn strategy, develop and amplify leadership content, pursue speaking opportunities.
• Analytics, insights & amplification – 10%: own team reporting, share insights across marketing and partners, maintain intranet resources.
