Role Description

The Senior Manager role at Launch is a full-time position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The individual in this role oversees complex infrastructure financing engagements, leading client relationships and guiding projects from initial planning through reimbursement and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting financing strategies, managing financial models and analyses, coordinating with legal, financial, and public-sector stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and district structures. The Senior Manager will mentor junior team members, drive project timelines, prepare and deliver reports and presentations, and contribute to refining Launch's proprietary processes and tools. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate intricate financial and transactional concepts into clear, practical guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in real estate finance, public infrastructure funding, and special purpose districts (e.g., CFDs, SIDs, MUDs, PIDs, Metros, CDDs) or similar public finance mechanisms.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning using tools such as Excel or other analytics platforms.
• Experience managing complex transactions, including coordination with legal counsel, public agencies, developers, and financial institutions.
• Advanced skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and presentation of complex concepts in accessible terms.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, including timeline management, documentation oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members within consulting, finance, or real estate environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Public Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, PMP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate development processes, land use, and public infrastructure planning is highly beneficial.
