Management Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a federal infrastructure financing portfolio, including loans and guarantees, post-closing through repayment. You will lead risk assessments, credit monitoring, and negotiations with borrowers and lenders, advising senior federal stakeholders on portfolio risk.

The role requires 10+ years in lending or portfolio risk, strong financial modeling, and expertise in project finance structures. Onsite work with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field
• 10+ years in lending or portfolio risk management
• Experience managing large loan portfolios and overseeing credit risk
• Expertise in financial modeling and credit risk assessment
• Knowledge of project finance structures and loan documentation
• Ability to present to senior executives

Responsibilities

• Oversee a federal infrastructure financing portfolio of loans and guarantees
• Lead financial and credit risk assessments including modeling
• Develop credit monitoring plans with indicators and reporting
• Review financial statements, progress reports, covenants, contracts for performance
• Monitor energy markets, regulatory developments and industry trends
• Evaluate amendments, waivers, extensions and deferrals
• Lead negotiations on modifications, debt restructurings and distressed transactions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to evaluate complex transactions
• Prepare portfolio performance reports and memoranda for senior management
• Strengthen monitoring procedures and maintain records in portfolio systems
