Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead provider data integrity and attribution governance for Medicaid operations. You will align provider data across systems, drive improvements, and serve as a liaison among provider relations, IT, analytics, claims, and operations.

You will oversee issue resolution, governance routines, and cross-functional projects to support regulatory requirements and customer experience. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Medicaid or managed care are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Medicaid or managed care operations.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Ability to investigate, reconcile health care data and identify root causes.
• Experience with provider data issues including identifiers and affiliations.
• Strong communication translating operational issues into business risk.
• Experience with provider attribution governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider data governance and attribution processes.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
• Maintain governance routines and process documentation.
• Identify defects, root causes, and drive improvements.
• Support provider directory accuracy and regulatory validation.
