Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare operations or data governance.
• 5+ years in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex healthcare data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider data governance, attribution governance, and related operational controls.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations and IT to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audits, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify defects and root causes; drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
