Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead attribution governance and provider data integrity for Medicaid operations. You will liaise with provider data, IT, analytics, claims and other departments to ensure accurate provider and attribution information across systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Medicaid/managed care operations with strong SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills and proven ability to translate operational issues into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data and healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau or comparable analytical tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex operational issues into business risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, provider data governance processes and ensure accurate downstream outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment and reporting.
• Partner with health plan leaders, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing and IT to deliver projects.
• Support directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
