Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in healthcare operations or data roles.
• 5+ years in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, reconcile complex health care data, identify root causes, and recommend actions.
• Experience resolving provider data issues across identifiers, affiliations, contracts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and operational improvements.
• Strong communication skills to translate issues into business risk, actions, ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting member assignment.
• Partner with health plan, network, claims, IT and other teams to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, regulatory validation.
• Identify recurring defects and root causes; drive process improvements.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
