• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues affecting downstream operations.
• Collaborate with health plan, provider data, claims, compliance, and IT teams on projects.
• Support directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation.
• Identify defects and drive process improvements to reduce rework.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination.
