Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Medicaid provider data integrity and attribution governance. You will serve as a critical liaison across provider relations, IT, analytics, and operations to ensure accurate data and compliant, efficient downstream processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Proven ability to investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data and propose corrective actions.
• Experience with provider attribution governance, reporting, and operational execution.
• Strong communication skills translating operational issues into business risk and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes for accurate outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data issues affecting member assignment and downstream operations.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, and IT to deliver projects meeting regulatory and customer needs.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation activities.
• Identify defects and driving process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
