Job summary

CVS Health Leads a pivotal role to govern provider data and attribution for Medicaid operations. You will coordinate with provider relations, IT, analytics, claims, and other departments to ensure accurate provider and attribution data, enabling reliable downstream processes.

The senior manager will focus on governance, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory requirements and deliver a superior customer experience across communities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in related roles.
• 5+ years in Medicaid, managed care operations, provider data, healthcare analytics.
• Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable analytical tools.
• Ability to independently investigate, analyze, and reconcile complex health care data and identify root causes.
• Experience resolving provider data issues across systems and contracts.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead attribution, membership, and provider data governance processes to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
• Oversee resolution of provider data and attribution issues impacting member assignment and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with health plan leaders, network teams, provider data teams, claims, compliance, marketing, operations, and technology to deliver projects.
• Support provider directory accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory validation through monitoring and remediation.
• Identify recurring defects and drive process improvements to reduce rework and improve reliability.
• Maintain governance routines and cross-functional coordination for attribution and provider data operations.
