Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Digital Technologies (DT) Project Cost Reporting Analyst to join the Value Management Office (VMO). You will own project financials, producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting while ensuring cost objectives are met across SaaS software implementations, infrastructure projects, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/analysis) and related tools.
• Ability to prioritize work on multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis for projects.
• Aggregate actual cost data from multiple systems for project financial health.
• Support estimating, monthly forecasting, and development of Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Reconcile invoice gaps and time-tracking discrepancies; monitor purchase orders.
• Analyze variances and coordinate re-baselining to keep plans accurate.
