Job summary
RTX Enterprise Services (ES) seeks a Digital Technologies (DT) Senior Business Analyst to join the VM Office (VMO). You will shape enterprise initiatives, drive design solutions, and increase adoption of ES services across RTX corporate functions, coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in analytics or related fields.
- Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience preferred.
- Experience managing complex, large-scale data initiatives and technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop business requirements, use cases, process maps, and solution designs to support needs.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead testing efforts, including data mapping, solution validation, and pilot testing.
- Create and maintain key project documentation and test plans.
- Coordinate with DT, Business Units, Corporate teams, System Integrators, and PMO, travel up to 25%.
