Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a DT Project Cost Reporting Analyst to join the Value Management Office. You will drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial processes for multi‑mode value delivery, including SaaS implementations, and work with managers to ensure project cost objectives are met.

You will consolidate cost data, support EAC development, and coordinate with stakeholders across PMO/VMO to maintain accurate project financial plans.

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree and 8+ years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in related field and minimum 6+ years’ experience OR in absence of a degree, 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel pivots/analysis, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize work on multiple competing activities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis for projects, demonstrating strong ownership and urgency in managing all project financials.
• Aggregate actual cost data from multiple financial systems to create a comprehensive view of project financial health.
• Partner with Project Managers and sponsors to support estimating, monthly forecasting, and development of accurate Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Reconcile invoice gaps and time-tracking discrepancies while monitoring purchase orders to ensure all costs are properly captured.
• Analyze financial variances and coordinate re-baselining activities as needed to maintain accurate project financial plans.
