Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Digital Technologies Project Cost Reporting Analyst to join our VMO. This remote role requires oversight of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial processes across multiple projects, collaborating with PMs and finance professionals to drive data-driven decisions.

You will analyze actual costs, prepare EACs, and ensure accurate cost capture while operating within a fast-paced environment and enterprise-wide standards.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivots/analysis).
• Ability to prioritize work across multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis for projects.
• Aggregate actual cost data from multiple systems to view project financial health.
• Partner with Project Managers to support estimating, monthly forecasting, and EACs.
• Reconcile invoice gaps and monitor purchase orders to ensure costs are captured.
• Analyze variances and coordinate re-baselining to maintain accurate financial plans.
