Job summary

RTX seeks a Digital Technologies Project Cost Reporting Analyst to join the Value Management Office as the go-to finance expert for assigned projects. You will lead reporting, consolidation of cost data, and partnership with project managers to improve estimates at complete and forecast accuracy.

Remote US-based role within RTX Enterprise Services, collaborating with PMs and financial professionals to ensure cost objectives are met and data-driven decisions are made.

Qualifications

• Typically a university degree and 8+ years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 6+ years experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables/Analysis)
• Ability to prioritize work on multiple competing activities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis for projects.
• Aggregate actual cost data from multiple financial systems to view project financial health.
• Support estimating, monthly forecasting, and development of accurate Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Reconcile invoice gaps and time-tracking discrepancies while monitoring purchase orders.
• Analyze variances and coordinate re-baselining to maintain accurate project financial plans.
