This role drives integrated planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, with a focus on launching and adopting leadership development and belonging programs. Success requires collaboration with engineering, business, and cross-functional leaders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, including collaboration with engineering and business teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
• Strong skills in planning, risk mitigation and change control.
• Ability to translate AI and engineering concepts into actionable plans.
• Proven track record leading organizational change and sustaining adoption.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation programs, including planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Execute a pilot leadership development program, ensuring launch readiness and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate learning experiences and participant engagement to support successful implementation.
• Track participation and effectiveness, recommending improvements for future expansion.
• Manage a global employee network, coordinating communications and execution.
• Equip network participants with resources and drive accountability for impact measurement.
