Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff, Technical Program Manager to join a leader in Retail & Consumer Goods. This remote role focuses on translating product requirements into technical designs, aligning multiple workstreams, and driving scalable operational excellence across the organization.

You will lead high-visibility programs, strengthen launch readiness, and improve program discipline through structured execution and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field, with 5 years of experience or 7 years in related roles.
• Proven experience with program management techniques, tools, and frameworks for complex initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams effectively.
• In-depth understanding of software design, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture principles.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and a commitment to process improvement.
• Strong communication skills to clearly present complex information and engage stakeholders.

• Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths aligned with strategic objectives
• Manage cross-functional dependencies to support effective program execution
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical designs and system architectures
• Monitor program progress and develop risk mitigation plans to maintain quality
• Establish processes for launch readiness and operational excellence, including monitoring frameworks
• Communicate program status and updates effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying synergies and proposing automation solutions
