For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will drive large-scale workforce transformation initiatives with a strong focus on integrated planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

The Senior Manager will also support the launch and adoption of new leadership development and belonging programs, ensuring they are executed effectively and measured for impact.

Success in this role will require close collaboration with engineering, business, and cross-functional leaders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $104,000 - $202,000 annually
