You will guide planning, design, and implementation of major business process redesigns that deliver measurable value. The role requires 7+ years of program management or transformation experience, with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives, establishing governance, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading increasingly complex, cross-functional projects, programs, or business transformations.
• Led business process redesign and implementation efforts delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable transformation initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and stabilization, removing barriers to execution.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans including scope, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to ensure delivery against program objectives.
• Lead current-state assessments and future-state process designs with business owners and SMEs.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and executive reporting; provide status updates to stakeholders.
