Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Product Development or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development or Business Strategy.

• Lead long-term product strategy and roadmap priorities across ships, private destinations, and future guest experiences.
• Analyze consumer insights, guest feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
• Collaborate with New Build, Innovation, Operations, Revenue Management, and Destination teams to shape vision and requirements.
• Develop robust business cases for product concepts, including opportunity sizing, investment analysis, and rationale.
• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept through implementation to deliver differentiated guest experiences.
• Establish performance metrics and present recommendations to maximize guest satisfaction and growth.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to optimize existing offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate analyses into executive-ready briefings and influence key decision making.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and stay abreast of industry trends across travel and hospitality.
