Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Security Office to lead the team in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector. This role will shape the product security strategy, combining governance, compliance, and secure development practices across engineering and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, program management, governance, or compliance roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or compliance teams.
• Direct experience with security standards such as OWASP, NIST, ISO, or similar.
• Practical experience with threat modeling frameworks and secure software testing techniques.

This role will shape and advance the company's product security strategy, combining governance, compliance, and secure development practices across engineering and related functions. The Senior Manager will build a strong operating model for product security, strengthen incident response readiness, and help embed security into the product lifecycle. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that will partner closely with technical and compliance stakeholders to improve trust, resilience, and execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
