Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Security Architect to join a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape the technical security strategy for software development, cloud environments, and production operations across the organization, partnering with engineering to embed security into the development lifecycle and strengthen architecture standards.

This remote role offers a compensation range of $135,000 – $160,000 annually and the opportunity to influence DevSecOps maturity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, software engineering, or DevSecOps with technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in secure architecture, application security, and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with security automation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Proven track record in establishing DevSecOps roadmaps and technical standards.
• Strong knowledge of software supply chain security and risk-based controls.
• Ability to resolve complex technical challenges and influence engineering decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or GIAC; experience with AI/ML security preferred.

The position will also influence DevSecOps maturity by improving controls, metrics, and incident response readiness.
