Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Security Office to lead the team in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector. This role will shape the product security strategy, combining governance, compliance, and secure development practices across engineering and related functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, program management, governance, or compliance roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or compliance teams.
• Direct experience with security standards such as OWASP, NIST, ISO, or similar.
• Practical experience with threat modeling frameworks and secure software testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Product Security Office and team
• Architect the product security trust roadmap and compliance framework
• Enable product security compliance across engineering and related departments
• Lead the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT)
• Train and mentor development teams on secure development practices

Education
