Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven (7) or more years related work experience.
• Lean/Six-Sigma Belt(s) strongly preferred.
• Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a continuous improvement program aligned with business strategies and standards.
• Plan and execute large-scale projects delivering best-in-class service.
• Analyze operational processes and client deliverables to identify workflow improvements.
• Implement tools and resources to enhance client experience and workflow.
• Collaborate with IT and business operations to manage budgets and schedules.
• Partner with senior management to develop and execute business unit strategies.
• Track performance and conduct post-mortem evaluations for improvements.
