Alliant seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement professional to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and client satisfaction. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with IT and operations, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

With seven-plus years of related experience and Lean/Six-Sigma and PMP credentials, you will shape project scopes, manage budgets, and foster a culture of ongoing improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 7+ years related work experience.
• Lean/Six-Sigma belt(s) strongly preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Continuing Education requirements for renewal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a continuous improvement program aligned with business strategies.
• Plan and lead large-scale projects to deliver best-in-class service.
• Analyze workflows and client deliverables to identify opportunities and define scopes.
• Evaluate methodologies, implement innovative solutions, and adjust processes.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to execute activities within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track performance and conduct post-mortem evaluations to drive enhancements.
