• Review work products to ensure quality, standardization, and actionable recommendations.

• Establish baselines, data analysis, measurable goals, and ROI calculations to track impact.
• Guide design and implementation of new or optimized processes addressing business needs.
• Collaborate with leaders, operations, and tech partners to embed process engineering perspectives.
