HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX seeks a Manager, Process Monitoring to lead the MidCon Monitoring Center, driving monitoring capability development, governance, and continuous improvement.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in refining, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills to mentor engineers, manage budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance asset reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process and Monitoring Engineers.

• Partner with refinery leadership to identify and mitigate risks.
• Establish best practices in proactive performance monitoring.
• Mentor technical professionals and develop pipeline talent.
• Manage vendor relationships and external collaborations.
• Develop departmental goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
