The ideal candidate has 15+ years in refinery maintenance, a Master’s in Engineering, strong leadership, and expertise in SAP EAM and Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years of refinery maintenance/reliability experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead senior-level managers and influence multiple operations.
• Experience with SAP EAM or equivalent maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a maintenance network across refinery locations.
• Lead benchmarking of maintenance performance against industry standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for maintenance across fleet.
• Drive Lean maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement.
