This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, providing technical guidance, and supporting process optimization across refinery units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years engineering experience in a refinery environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Ability to lead and direct the work of others, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee area-specific responsibilities within Process Engineering and Refinery Technical Services.
• Communicate priorities and report progress to the Department Manager.
• Monitor unit performance and provide technical service for area needs.
• Support Unit Startup and ROI analyses for capital upgrades.
• Supervise engineers and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate refinery energy conservation efforts.
