Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks an Inspection Manager to oversee NDE activities and asset integrity programs across pipelines, tanks, and related facilities in the Dallas area. You will onboard inspectors, define methods, and assure QA/QC compliance with HF Sinclair standards and applicable codes.

You will coordinate with Asset Integrity and Operations to document findings, develop recommendations, and ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in inspection, asset integrity, NDE, or related energy fields.
• Experience coordinating inspectors, NDE technicians, contractors, and QA/QC activities.
• Leadership, supervisory, or program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and NDE activities across Midstream assets.
• Onboard contractor inspectors and NDE personnel to HF Sinclair standards.
• Define inspection methods, procedures, and acceptance criteria for work.
• Verify qualifications and training of contractor personnel.
• Maintain inspection documentation, QA/QC programs, and records turnover packages.
• Develop and administer QA/QC requirements for inspection work.
• Surveil inspection activities to ensure conformance with procedures and codes.
• Escalate integrity concerns and communicate with Asset Integrity leadership.
• Lead contractor onboarding programs and inspection quality plans.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for inspection services.
