The role partners with Fund Portfolio Management, custodians, auditors, and transfer agents to drive accurate reporting, efficient execution, and scalable growth of investment strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of asset management operations experience.
• NAV calculation or validation experience.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full trade lifecycle for private market transactions (execution through settlement).
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and transfer agents.
• Support interval fund operations, including subscriptions, repurchases, and liquidity management.
• Coordinate NAV production, pricing inputs, and valuation processes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements under the Investment Company Act (40 Act).
• Influence system enhancements and improve operational processes to enable scalable growth.
