Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager for Trading & Trade Support in Private Markets Fund to oversee the full trade lifecycle from execution to settlement. You will coordinate NAV production, pricing inputs, and valuation processes while managing relationships with fund admins, custodians, auditors, and transfer agents.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5–10 years of asset management operations experience supporting investment operations, trading, clearing, custody, asset servicing, or related functions.
• Experience calculating, reviewing, or validating fund NAVs and researching variances outside tolerance thresholds.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, operational controls, books and records, operational risk, and issue escalation processes.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration across Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, custodians, and brokers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
