Charles Schwab is seeking a Sr. Manager, Trading & Trade Support – Private Markets Fund to oversee full trade lifecycle from execution to settlement. You will coordinate NAV processes, work with fund administrators and custodians, and ensure regulatory compliance under the 40 Act.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5-10 years of asset management operations experience supporting investment operations, trading, clearing, custody, asset servicing, or related functions.
• Experience calculating, reviewing, or validating fund NAVs and researching variances outside tolerance.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, controls, books and records, risk, and escalation processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with multiple priorities and time-sensitive events.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple teams.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full trade lifecycle for private market transactions, from execution to settlement.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors and transfer agents.
• Support interval fund operations: subscriptions, repurchases, liquidity management.
• Coordinate NAV production, pricing inputs, and valuation processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance under the 1940 Act and related requirements.
• Improve operational processes and support strategic initiatives for scalable growth.
