Job summary

IQ-EQ, a leading Investor Services firm, seeks a Senior Manager for our Fund Administration team in New York. You will oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations, manage audits, and mentor junior staff across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or both within alternative asset firms.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds and ensure timelines are met.
• Oversee fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics (IRR).
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews; drive process improvements.
