Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager for our fund administration team in Frisco, TX. You will oversee private equity fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications, guiding a team to deliver accurate results.

With 5+ years in private equity or public accounting, you will apply strong analytical skills to complex fund administration and drive improvements across engagements.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in private equity, public accounting, or mix within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Proven commitment to client service and relationship building.
• Apply expertise to support complex fund operations and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds and manage timelines.
• Apply knowledge of limited partnership agreements to fund operations and reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews; drive process improvements.
• Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior staff.
